Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product was received damaged.

 

Damaged Products:

If you receive a product that is cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact Us: Please get in touch with us at support@fernkare.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

 

  • Provide Evidence: Attach photographic or video evidence of the damaged product. If the box or packaging is damaged, please include a photo before opening it so we can assess your claim fairly.

 

Review and Resolution:

Once we receive your email and evidence, we will review your claim. If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the damaged item.
