What should I do if my order states delivered but I did not receive it?Please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to inquire about the delivery of your package. Please note: Once a package has been shipped to your address FernKare has no control over the delivery of your package nor is FernKare responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is very important to verify your shipping address before submitting an order.

What is your return/refund policy?Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product was received damaged. Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged, please follow these steps: Contact Us: Reach out to us at support@fernkare.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Provide Evidence: Attach photographic or video evidence of the damaged product. If the box or packaging is damaged, please include a photo before opening it so we can assess your claim fairly. Review and Resolution: Once we receive your email and evidence, we will review your claim. If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the damaged item.
